BOOKING TICKETS

  • Ticket Providers:
As of March 2020, all tickets are provided by TicketTailor, which shares our privacy and purchase policies. Tickets issued prior to 2020 may have been provided by Eventbrite, subject to their Terms of Service.

  • Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers:
Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be canceled unless the event is canceled, postponed, or the event details have significantly changed. If this happens, we will contact ticket holders directly with options. If you have any questions, please get in touch, and we’ll do our best to help.

  • Name Changes:
Each ticket must display the correct name of the ticket holder, matching their ID. If you need to change the name on a ticket, contact us in advance to arrange this.

  • Secondary Ticketing (Touts and Unauthorised Sellers):
Tickets purchased through unauthorised platforms such as secondary markets, social media, or private resellers may be fraudulent, canceled, or duplicated.
Such tickets will not be accepted for entry, and we cannot assist with issues arising from unauthorised purchases.
Tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers (e.g., secondary markets, social media platforms) may be fraudulent or invalid and will not be accepted for entry. We cannot assist with issues unless tickets are purchased from official channels.
We strongly recommend using TicketSwap for secure resale if necessary; however, we cannot guarantee the successful resale of tickets.

  • Booking Fees:
A transaction fee applies to all card payments to cover ticketing and credit card costs. You can avoid this fee by purchasing tickets directly at the bar in advance.

Age Restrictions

If you have consumed alcohol before arrival, appear intoxicated, or behave inappropriately in the queue or within view of staff, you may be refused entry without a refund.

  • Prohibited Behaviours:
Crowd surfing, throwing drinks, or engaging in disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited. Violators will be ejected without a refund.
