WELCOME ABORD!

It’s time to travel with the Pigs Nose around the world in 80 cocktails!

This year we are going to celebrate the bringing in of the New Year not just once but EIGHT TIMES throughout the evening.

Each New Year’s celebration will be toasted by the sale of a delicious cocktail originating from the Country playing host to our New Year celebrations for that particular hour.

Then with the striking of the clock, we will travel once more across the world from one host Country to another, celebrating the New Year again and again and again! Until we arrive back home just before 12 pm ready to see in our very own NY from right here in East Prawle.

AND THAT’S NOT ALL! - seen as we have discovered so many more amazing cocktails on our travels around the world, we decided to offer you the chance to taste some more - 72 more, to be precise!

Every time we see in another of our EIGHT New Years, we will also pick at random one additional cocktail from a possible 72 found dotted around our Globe of the World to make alongside that hour’s host cocktail.

ALL IN - that is 16 from a possible 80 cocktails that will be on sale, from our dedicated Cocktail Pool Room Bar, at different stages throughout the night!

Fancy Dress Theme: WORLD EXPLORER - Dress to impress, and feel free to take inspiration from any of our guest Countries playing host throughout the night or any other Country that catches your imagination.

UTAH SAINTS

Utah Saints have been making music, DJ'ing and playing gigs around the globe since the birth of House Music. The world-renowned duo have released 9 Top 40 UK hits, 4 of which hit the Top 10, and sold over 2 million records worldwide (equivalent to 800m+streams). Precariously walking the tightrope between genres and also between the underground and mainstream, Utah Saints roots are firmly in electronic dance music.

Having met in a club in Leeds at the beginning of the rave movement in the UK, they've subsequently established themselves as pioneers of sampling in dance music. Alongside this success, they set up and promoted award winning and legendary club nights The Gallery and SugarBeatClub in Leedswith residencies also in Edinburgh and London. They have recorded and presented shows for BBC Radio 1, Kiss and Ministry of Sound.

Utah Saints are still very much at the top of their game, DJ'ing regularly each month as well as curating festival stages such as Beatherder -putting on an eclectic range of artists and DJ's. They have played alongside diverse artists from DJ Zinc to Justice, Zane Lowe to A-Trak, Friendly Fires to Boys Noize and U2 to Public Enemy. They have DJ'd and played at over 3000 events from underground clubs to festival mainstages, including supporting U2 on the Zooropa stadium tour.

Their collaborations have been as eclectic as the music they create. From sampling to the production and writing of tracks with artists including Michael Stipe from REM, Kate Bush, Annie Lennox, Edwin Starr, Chuck D (Public Enemy), Terrorvision, Arthur Baker, Annabella Lwin (Bow Wow Wow), Drumsound and Bassline Smith to name a few...

Recent accolades (2022) include being listed in Rolling Stone as one of the 200 Greatest Dance Songs of All Time with 'Something Good' listed at 138. Something Good 08, was the most played track on Radio One and was the 10th most streamed track of that year, it has recently been awarded Gold status in the UK.

When the pioneering musicians aren’t playing at clubs and festivals in various parts of the world, they can be found in the studio working on their own material as well as producing and remixing other artists from The Stone Roses and Girls Aloud to Bring Me The Horizon and Hawkwind. The Utahs also run a successful record label, along with adding film scores, soundtracks, video game and incidental music production to their ever-expanding portfolio.

Works include Mortal Kombat theme –soundtrack double platinum and number one film in the USA, Shopping (Paul Anderson), Raining Stones (Ken Loach), Trailer for Ridley Scott’s Raised By Wolves (HBO 2022), end credit music for Steve Buscemi and Tessa Thompson Film The Listener (2022). Video games include Fifa 98, Fifa 2000, Wipeout, Burning Rubber, Carmageddon, Radial G for Occulus/Sony VR (2015), and lead tracks for Final Vendetta (2022) across all platforms. Finally, they are planning to release new music as Utah Saints.
